How long does it take to complete my order?
All stock listed on the website is with me & prepped. The only thing I have to do is add the customisation which takes around 7-10 days (depending on current workload). If you need your order by a certain date, please let me know BEFORE ORDERING so I can confirm if it is do-able.
How long does delivery take?
UK Mainland deliveries are sent via Next Working Day delivery. Worldwide shipping usually takes around 5-10 days using fully tracked express courier. Any customs fees are payable by the receiver NOT Terrace Trainer Recovery. If you have any queries regarding delivery & cost, please get in touch before ordering.
How much does shipping cost?
UK delivery is usually £10, however we often have discount codes available for free shipping. Worldwide shipping ranges from £20 - £25 and is sent via fully tracked express courier.
Can I customise my pair to look different from the image on your website?
Yes - all lettering & paintwork can be customised to your preferred style. Please make this clear in the notes section when ordering. Terrace Trainer Recovery can't be responsible for spelling errors for custom lettering & mistakes during the painting process due to poorly worded notes. I will always try to get in touch to confirm your choice if I feel the need.
Can heel badges & logos be customised?
All artwork seen on the website is available and will be applied to the relevant pair of trainers. If you have an alternative image you would like to use, then it's best to get in touch BEFORE ORDERING to confirm if this can be done or not. Due to copyright & design factors, I reserve the right to reject any image request I deem unsuitable.
How do I care for my trainers?
Please do not put any of my trainers in the washing machine or tumble dryer. You do so at your own risk. This will cause damage to any custom paint or artwork. If you need to clean your pair, please use a trainer cleaner and hand clean, going VERY LIGHTLY over any custom work using a soft bristled brush or micro fibre cloth. All paint & artwork is sealed and then waterproofed before sending to you. If you don't want your pair waterproofed, please let me know when ordering. Terrace Trainer Recovery will not be held responsible for any damage to footwear due to irresponsible cleaning or care.
Will my trainers age differently to others?
All footwear is subject to wear and tear over time. Any paintwork can be prone to chipping & artwork can peel, especially in places which crease often such as heel tabs. Every care is taken to protect paint & artwork before sending, including sealing & waterproofing.
Can I return my trainers?
Due to the nature of the design of the trainers, we DO NOT accept returns / refunds. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct size is ordered. If you receive the wrong product or you feel the trainers are faulty / not as described, please get in touch using the contact section of the website and we can discuss any corrections etc. Any pairs deemed to have not been cared for correctly will be exempt from refunds & returns.
Can you make a pair which isn't featured on the website?
Yes - if you would like a style which isn't available on the website, please use the contact form and we can discuss what you want. This can be a complete 1 of 1 personal design to you, or a new style using your favourite football team / band etc. Certain pairs work better than others depending on the original design, for example smooth tongued shoes are better for adding tongue badges. The styles on the website are just the tip of the iceberg, so please get in touch to discuss other styles.
Will more stock be added?
I am always looking to add more stock to the website. Either adding more sizes to existing designs or adding new styles in various sizes. If you have a request for a size / model that isn't listed on the website, please use the contact me page and I can advise further.
Can I send my trainers to you to customise?
Yes - providing the trainers are unworn or as close to unworn as possible. I would need to check that the trainers are suitable for customisation, so please use the contact me page to begin your query.
